We have three homes in a row at the complex.  It is not hilly, like in TN, so we should have a great shared outdoor space.  Each home has its own address, so you can put that into Google Maps.  Here are some general directions in case you are having trouble.

Directions to the Home (Please use Google Maps. Apple Maps may direct you to a different property off of Cooper Creek Rd):

• From the North:

  • Head south on 65.

  • Take the Ozark Mountain Highroad (MO-465) exit and turn right for 7 miles.

  • Turn left onto MO-76W.

  • Turn left onto Highway 76 and stay in the left lane.

  • After half a mile, turn left onto Highway 265.

  • Continue for 5 miles until you see Chateau Cove on your right.

  • Turn onto Chateau Cove, go down the hill, continue to the right when you see the pool, and go around the hill. The homes are right after the indoor pool.

• From the South:

  • Head north on 65 to Ozark Mountain Highroad and follow the directions above.

  • If you’ve reached 160, you’ve gone too far.

Note: Since this is a new development, the address might not appear in some GPS systems. You can enter Chateau on the Lake (415 N State Highway 265, Branson, MO) as a point of reference and follow these directions:

• Turn left out of the parking lot onto 265 for 0.3 miles.

• Turn left at the stoplight onto 265N for 1 mile.

• Turn left onto Chateau Cove Drive, go down the hill, head to the right at the T, then circle around to the left, leading to the lowest road in the complex. You will pass the indoor pool; The homes are just past the pool.

General Information

• The indoor pool code is 2020#.

• All Lodges are smoke-free homes. No smoking (including e-cigarettes and marijuana) in our home.  Any signs or smell of smoke inside the property will result in a fine for deep cleaning.  If you choose to smoke outside, please be considerate of other guests and please dispose of your cigarette butts.  If cigarette butts are found to be scattered around there will be an additional cleaning fee.

• There are 8 designated parking spaces (24 total) in front of each lodge 

• No parking near the fire hydrant

• Additional parking available by the indoor pool and boat/trailer area near the outdoor pool

• Please dispose of all trash in the dumpsters provided throughout The Lodges at Chateau Cove.  Do not leave any trash bags sitting outside the doors especially overnight.  There is a lot of wildlife and critters in the area who will make a huge mess and spread it out for you.

• There is Hair Dryers in each bathroom in all lodges

For Families with Young Kids

There are 7 Pack ’n Plays, 6 Highchairs, and few Booster Seats available.

Game Day and Green Cables has 2 full sets and the Cedar Rock has 1 set.  A starter amount of Laundry detergent is provided.  

Pool Info

• Outdoor Pool: Not heated. Open mid-May to Labor Day (weather/HOA dependent).

• Indoor Pool: Heated and open 9am–9pm daily. Access code: 2020#

  • Please bring your own towels for the pool and lake.

• Hot Tub: Each Lodge has private Hot Tub.

Games & Activities At the Lodges

• Game Day - Basketball court with NBA-style backboards (no dunking, quiet hours after 10pm)

• Game Day - Game Room includes:

  • Sit-down arcade table with 65 classic games (free to play)

  • Pool table

  • Poker/game table (with chips—please keep away from children)

  • Game closet stocked with family board games & puzzles
    (Please return everything to its proper place)

• Green Gables - large, custom, octagonal swing structure has been erected over the wood burning outdoor firepit

• Green Gables - We also have a 9-square in the Air court (How to Play Learn to Play – 9 Square in the Air)

Grilling and Fire Pits

Each Lodge has Grill(s) and Fire Pit with seating.  (recommend  you bring your favorite outdoor chair with you).

Check In 

Check-in time: 4 pm

Each cabin has its own access code & wifi information which you can find in the final reunion letter

Check-out 

Check-out is at 10:00 am. There is a fee of up to $50/hour for late checkouts.

Check-out Procedure:

• Please place dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start it.

• Start a load of towels in each washer. If they finish before you leave, please transfer them to the dryer.

• Empty all trash and place it in one of the dumpsters in the resort.

• Remove all perishables and opened items from the refrigerator and freezer.

• Ensure all fireplaces are turned off.

• Verify that jets on the hot tub are off and the cover is clipped on.

• Double-check for any personal belongings. We charge a $20 fee plus shipping costs to return any left-behind items.
